    Yes, we ship worldwide to selected countries such as US, Canada, Europe, Australia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.     The package is about 0.50kg per piece, included packaging.

    You may incur a customs charges/import tax for certain country or province; Madroc Hood does not pay for them.

    For overseas customers, you may use PayPal with PayPal account or credit/debit card to complete the transaction and PayPal will automatically convert this into your currency.
    For Malaysia customers, you may use PayPal or online bank transfer to complete the transaction. For online bank transfer, please provide remarks with name and invoice number for us as a reference.

  9. Return & Refund Policy
    The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Madroc Hood will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
